As noted before, Raja Jackson, son of former UFC fighter Quintin “Rampage” Jackson, was involved in an incident over him legit assaulting a pro wrestler named Syko Stu at an event for KnokX Pro Wrestling on Saturday.
KnokX Pro issued an official statement earlier today on Facebook condoning Jackson’s attack calling it a “selfish, irresponsible act of violence” committed at their show.”
“First and foremost our thoughts and prayers are with our brother Mr. Stuart Smith (Syko Stu) as he remains a priority and we are monitoring his well being.
What was supposed to be a planned and agreed upon wrestling spot, turned into a selfish, irresponsible act of violence against Mr. Smith. This egregious act is reprehensible and never should have occurred. In the 17 years of operation of KnokX Pro Wrestling Academy, there has never been anything as heinous take place such as this and we apologize to our patrons and fans.”
TMZ reported that their sources stated that cops were called to the event and a police report was taken. It was reported that the Los Angeles Police Department is currently investigating the incident.
It was reported that Stu was taken to the hospital and is said to be “fine and recovering” following the assault.
