As noted before, WWE Hall of Famer and wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, real name Terry Bollea, passed away this past July at the age of 71 due to a heart attack.
US Weekly reported that Bollea’s son Nick is named co-personal representative of his father’s estate based on recent court documents. It was reported that a man named Terry McCoy is the other person who was named a a co-personal representative.
It was reported that Bollea’s will was first executed in 2016 and was amended in 2017, 2021, 2022, and in July of 2023 for a final time.
In regards to the will, Nick reportedly was listed as the sole beneficiary of his father’s estate while Bollea’s widow Melanie Sky Daily was listed as a surviving spouse. Bollea’s daughter Brooke was left out of the will, which she had requested to be done in the past.
In regards to the assets, it was reported that Bollea left behind $200,000 in cryptocurrency, $799,000 in personal property and intellectual property, and “in addition to his right to publicity, worth $4 million and an unknown value for a potential medical malpractice lawsuit.”
In regard to the potential malpractice lawsuit, Bollea’s widow Sky currently has plans to file a medical malpractice lawsuit against the doctors who performed Bollea’s neck surgery this past May over claims that they had severed his phrenic nerve.
