Dax Harwood Confirms Broken Nose Injury But Won’t Miss AEW All Out

This past Wednesday’s AEW September To Remember show in London, Ontario, Canada featured an in-ring promo segment between Adam Copeland & Christian Cage and FTR & Stokely Hathaway. This segment was notable for both teams engaging in a brawl that started with Cage throwing the microphone at Dax Harwood’s face and Hardwood’s nose getting busted open as a result.

Harwood provided an update on Thursday on Twitter confirming that he had suffered a broke nose injury but he will not miss his match at this Saturday’s AEW All Out 2025 event.

“I had an X-Ray today. To the shock of no one, I have a severely broken nose. . . . . Unfortunately for Christian & Copeland, I’ll still be there. No way I’m missing out on this match. I’m going to embarrass you. #AEWAllOut

Adam Copeland Comments on Him Not Being Sure If He Wants Retirement Tour But Wants Final Match To Be In Toronto

The Toronto Sun held a recent interview with Adam Copeland. One of the topics discussed included about him not being sure if he wants a retirement tour but he does want his final match of his wrestling career to be in Toronto.

“I honestly don’t know (how I want my retirement road to pan out). I have the luxury, I guess, of having one retirement under my belt, and that was a very emotional one… it was an amazing send-off, right? So, this one, I’m not that concerned with how it goes. Would I like for it to be in Toronto? Yeah. I think that would be fitting to try and do it as close as I could to the place that I started it which is Monarch Park. I think a plane crashed there the other day or something. But, it’d be nice to end it in Toronto. Beyond that, I haven’t put a whole lot of thought into it. That would be my only hope; would be that it’s in Toronto.”

In a recent episode of the What Happened When with Tony Schiavone podcast, co-host Tony Schiavone gave his thoughts about online critics who have complained about the card for All Out 2025. Schiavone stated “The critics were saying that we weren’t going to have a good card?” In response to co-host Conrad Thompson’s comments about some critics believed the card would suffer from not having Will Ospreay, Kenny Omega, and Swerve Strickland, Schiavone responded stating “Why don’t we do this….why don’t we get one of those critics on here and have them book a card for us? See how they come up with one. I’m all for that. Find them, bring them on, have them book a card. As we have them book a card, have them go fuck themselves, too. How’s that sound?” (Transcript h/t: Figthful.com)

In a recent interview with VICE, Thekla gave her thoughts about her unique entrance presentation in AEW. Thekla stated “Somebody in creative or in production, one of the ladies there, I think it was her idea, and she pitched it. ‘What if we do that upside-down camera?’ When I saw it, I was like, ‘That is gold.’ We gotta expand on that one. I think that’s a beautiful touch; I could not be happier, and I’m a picky b***h. I will send things back that I don’t think are perfect. The music is such a banger. Every time I hear it, it gets me pumped. It’s really important to me.” Thekla also gave her thoughts about her upcoming Four-way match for the AEW Women’s World Championship at AEW All Out 2025. Thekla stated “I have confidence. When you let go and you still keep on working and being positive and showing up and showing out, that’s when opportunity comes knocking like a motherf**ker. I try to not get too excited about it either. I’m very excited about having that match, but I try not to think about, “Oh, I’m in the main event picture now, I made it! I’m very excitable. I’ve been in places where I started to believe that wrestling is real. Almost like a method actor that just f**king loses herself in her role. That’s happened to me before in Japan, and it was very scary. So I just try to protect myself from reading comments online or people raving. I’m just me, I’m just a crazy girl from Austria who ended up here now. I’m just trying to have fun and bring that gold home.
