Tony Khan Comments on “I Have Lot of Respect” for What MJF Did at CMLL Anniversario & AEW All Out 2025 Shows
The Sportster held a recent interview with AEW CEO Tony Khan. One of the topics discussed included Khan’s thoughts about the respect he has for MJF for his back-to-back nights of work at CMLL’s 92nd Anniversario and AEW’s All Out 2025 events this past weekend.
“I think MJF is a huge star. He’s a huge part of AEW. He’s a great wrestler. I have a lot of respect for what he did to have two amazing matches in two different countries. Incredibly, to go from Mexico, be in Arena Mexico in Mexico City and then to go to Toronto, and in less than 24 hours to have two amazing matches, wrestling Mistico for the CMLL World title and then wrestling Mark Briscoe in this Tables n’ Tacks match at AEW All Out. It’s amazing.”
Adam Copeland Tells Christian Cage “I Have To Go, I Don’t Know If I’ll Be Back” After AEW All Out 2025
This past Saturday’s AEW All Out 2025 event in Toronto, Ontario, Canada featured Adam Copeland & Christian Cage defeating FTR (Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood) in a tag team match. This match was notable for FTR’s post-match attack on Cage, Copeland, and Beth Copeland resulting in Beth taking a spiked piledriver.
Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show featured a video airing of Copeland and Cage backstage following their tag team match at All Out. Copeland told Cage that he was pushed too far at the show and he has to leave because the turmoil with FTR is effecting his family. Copeland also stated that he isn’t sure if he’ll be back. Cage responded telling Copeland that he doesn’t have a family, which Copeland responded back stating that he does have one and shook his hands before leaving.
Last Saturday at #AEWAllOut, after the disgusting actions by FTR toward Beth Copeland, @Christian4Peeps urged @RatedRCope to focus on his family!
