Darby Allin Reveals He Thought About Joining Death Riders But Won’t Because He Doesn’t Like Moxley
Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite & Collision three-hour show at the Cable Dahmer Arena in Independence, Missouri featured Darby Allin revealing that he had thought about joining the Death Riders but won’t because he doesn’t like Jon Moxley.
During the show, Allin and Moxley were seen in a prison style visiting room for their “special” face-to-face with each other. Allin and Moxley were separated by a large glass window with a speaker area in the middle. Moxley talked about how him and Allin don’t plan on quitting for their I Quit match at WrestleDream. Moxley continued stating that this is leaving him at the point where he is out of ideas and told Allin that it’s not too late for him to join the Death Riders.
Allin responded stating that he thinks about joining the group everyday but he can’t join the fight because he doesn’t respect Moxley after his treatment of Bryan Danielson. Moxley responded back stating that he did the best for “The American Dragon” and Danielson was a sacrifice since the bigger picture is about the war for the future of wrestling. This led to some more back-and-forth between Moxley and Allin that ended with Moxley saying that Allin will be fighting ghosts and demons from his past at WrestleDream. This led to PAC showing up and attacked Allin from behind and bloodied him up before leaving.
