FTR vs. Brodido for AEW Tag Titles and Samoa Joe vs. Hangman Page for AEW World Title Set for AEW Full Gear 2025

Wednesday’s AEW Fright Night Dynamite 2025 show at the Bert Ogden Arena in Edinburg, Texas featured two newly updated matches announced for the card of Full Gear 2025, which takes place on November 22nd at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.

The first newly updated match announced was an AEW World Tag Team Championship match of FTR (Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood) vs. Brodido (Brody King & Bandido) (c).

This newly updated match was setup following FTR defeating The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson), JetSpeed (Kevin Knight & “Speedball” Mike Bailey), and Jurassic Express (Jack Perry & Luchasaurus) in a #1 Contender Four-way match.

The second newly updated match announced was an AEW World Championship match of Samoa Joe vs. Hangman Adam Page (c).

This newly updated match was setup following Joe defeating HOOK, Ricochet, and Bobby Lashley in a #1 Contender Four-way match.

The Conglomeration & Darby Allin Challenges Death Riders to Blood & Guts Match

Wednesday’s AEW Fright Night Dynamite 2025 show also featured The Conglomeration and Darby Allin issuing a challenge to the Death Riders for a Blood & Guts match at AEW’s Blood & Guts 2025 show on November 12th in Greensboro, North Carolina.

This new potential match was initially setup over recent weeks shows over The Conglomeration and Allin’s bad blood issues with the Death Riders. Following Jon Moxley and Kyle O’Reilly’s match ending in a double countout, O’Reilly asked Aubrey Edwards to restart the match only for Marina Shafir to knock out Edwards instead. This led to a brawl breaking out after Roderick Strong and the Death Riders’ Wheeler Yuta, Daniel Garcia, and Claudio Castagnoli ran out. This then led to Allin, Orange Cassidy, and Mark Briscoe running out to save their fellow Conglomeration pals and chased the Death Riders out of the ring. Allin and Briscoe then issued a challenge to the Death Riders for a match which was revealed by Cassidy to be a Blood & Guts match.

Sisters of Sin Advances in AEW Women’s Tag Titles Tournament

Wednesday’s AEW Fright Night Dynamite 2025 show also featured the start of the AEW Women’s Tag Team Championship tournament and one First Round match.

This match was Sisters of Sin (Skye Blue & Julia Hart) defeating Queen Aminata & Jamie Hayter.

As a result of their victory, Sister of Sins will be facing off against the winner of Babes of Wrath (Willow Nightingale & Harley Cameron)/Mercedes Mone & Athena in a Semifinal Round match in the AEW Women’s Tag Team Championship.
