Darby Allin Comments on Brody King Being “He’s A Guy Who I Thought Should Have Been In AEW From Year One”

The Orlando Sentinel held a recent interview with Darby Allin. One of the topics discussed included Allin’s praise of Brody King and his thoughts about how King is a guy who should have been in AEW when the company launched in 2019.

“He’s a guy who I thought should have been in AEW from year one. He understands that there’s no phoning it in, no taking it easy. Every night he goes out there, he performs literally to his limit, and it’s cool to see that he’s finally taking off.”

MJF Comments on His Upcoming AEW World Title Match Against Bandido

MJF recently reflected on Twitter about his upcoming match against Bandido for the AEW World Championship at this Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite Maximum Carnage 2026 show.

“Bandido is a young pup in this sport.

He had so much potential.

Feel horrible having to put such a young pup down but he has an incurable disease.

Main character syndrome.

Sad. Kid had such a bright future.

Could have been in the main event of ALL IN 2036 with me.”
