According to fan reports, Rey Mysterio may have suffered an injury to his left leg after botching an attempted 619 during last night’s WWE Raw/ECW house show in Lubbock, TX. Reports from the show are stating that Mysterio slipped on the ropes going for the 619. They then went for the finish right away with Shawn Michaels (Mysterio’s tag team partner) hitting two superkicks and finishing the match.
Michaels then went immediately to the outside as medical staff checked on Mysterio for around 10 minutes. He was helped out and was limping on the way out. It remains to be seen how serious the injury was.
