Tuesday’s NJPW New Japan Cup 2026 Night 5 event in Okayama, Japan featured Shingo Takagi defeating Don Fale and Yuya Uemura defeating Drilla Moloney in Second Round matches in this year’s New Japan Cup tournament. As a result of their victories, Takagi will be facing off against Uemura in the Quarterfinal Round of this year’s New Japan Cup tournament.

Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling recently announced that Mistico, Mascara Dorada, Persephone, Hechicero, Gisele Shaw, The Good Brothers (Karl Anderson & Doc Gallows), Michael Oku, The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz, Dezmond Wolf, & Myron Reed), QT Marshall, & Shotzi Blackheart will be making an appearance for the company at their Multiverse event on April 17th at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Pro Wrestling Chaos recently announced that Taijiri has pulled out of their upcoming Kingdom of Chaos event on April 18th in Bristol England due to the current travel restrictions enacted by the Japanese government for flights going over the Middle East due to the on-going Iran vs. U.S./Israel war. It was also announced that refunds are currently available to anyone who purchased tickets and no longer wishes to attend their event.

This past Sunday’s 16 Carat Gold 2026 event featured Ahura defeating Peter Tihanyi in the Finals of the 16 Carat Gold tournament to become the winner of this year’s tournament.

This past Sunday’s NOAH Apex Conquest 2026 In Yokohama event in Yokohama, Japan featured Galeno Del Mal competing in his final match for Pro Wrestling NOAH. Galeno faced off against Kaito Kiyomiya in a singles match, which was won by Kiyomiya. Following the match, Galeno gave a farewell speech to the crowd. Prior to his departure, Galeno had been with NOAH since July of 2024.

Sunday’s Wrestle Queendom VIII event for Pro Wrestling EVE featured Session Moth Martina defeating Rhio to become the new EVE Champion.
