BodySlam+ reported that their sources stated that WWE officials currently have plans for Giulia to defend her WWE Women’s United States Championship against Tiffany Stratton at this April’s WrestleMania 42 event in Las Vegas, Nevada.
It was reported that WWE officials had scheduled for the WWE Women’s United States title match to be one of the matches for the card of WrestleMania 42 as far back as this past February.
Ibou reported in a recent episode of the Self Made Sessions podcast that his sources stated that WWE officials had originally planned for this match to be a Triple Threat match featuring Giulia, Stratton, and Jordynne Grace. Those plans reportedly were changed following Grace suffering an ankle injury during WWE’s tapings for Main Event this past Friday in Portland, Oregon.
