This past Sunday’s WWE WrestleMania 42 Night 2 event in Las Vegas, Nevada featured Rhea Ripley defeating Jade Cargill for the WWE Women’s Championship. This match was notable for Cargill using the One Winged Angel that is most associated for being Kenny Omega’s finisher for a pinfall attempt that Ripley kicked out of.
Omega recently responded on Twitter to Cargill using his move stating that whenever he sees the moves he does elsewhere, he only takes it as a compliment and him seeing the One Winged Angel on the WrestleMania ring was “kinda neat.”
“When I see the moves I do elsewhere, I only take it as a compliment. If somehow I inspired people to use them, I can only be grateful. Besides, seeing the OWA on the WM ring was kinda neat, right? Itβs all good with me.β
