As noted before, Hiromu Takahashi departed from New Japan Pro Wrestling this past February. Takahashi has been speculated since then to be potentially heading to WWE for the next destination in his wrestling career.
BodySlam+ reported that their sources stated that the current word going around WWE’s Performance Center is that Takahashi is expected to join the company soon.
One source spoken to reportedly stated that some within WWE’s NXT brand are currently of the belief that Takahashi will use the Nox Raijin ring name that WWE had filed a trademark for on April 28th. This ring name was initially speculated to be used for EVIL for his signing and debut in the company prior to the official reveal of his new ring name of Naraku on the May 5th episode of WWE NXT.
