Wrestling figure collector Kyle Peterson recently released a new video on his YouTube channel. One of the topics discussed included Peterson stating that he was recently informed that the entire AEW team at toy manufacturer and collectibles Jazwares were laid off this past Friday.
“Late Friday, I got word that, unfortunately, the entire AEW Jazwares team over there at Jazwares were laid off on Friday.”
No other details were given regarding the reason for the layoffs.
Prior to the announcement, Jazwares had been partnered with AEW since February of 2020 and had been the official manufacturer of AEW branded action figures and toys. Jazwares was also the official manufacturer of Ring of Honor branded action figures and toys since Tony Khan’s purchase of ROH in 2022.
