Buddy Matthews Set for World Series Wrestling Events This October & November in New Zealand & Australia

As noted before, Buddy Matthews has been out of action for AEW since the Grand Slam Australia 2025 event in February of 2025 due to an ankle injury and surgery. Matthews made a surprise appearance earlier this month for an event for World Series Wrestling in Australia and announced that he is expecting to be medically cleared from his injury by this October.

World Series Wrestling announced that Matthews will be making several appearances for the company for their Mega Mania tour this October and November in New Zealand and Australia.

Matthews’ upcoming scheduled appearances for WSW:

• October 29th in Auckland, New Zealand
• October 30th in Brisbane, Australia
• October 31st in Adelaide, Australia
• November 1st in Melbourne, Australia
• November 2nd in Sydney, Australia
