Lince Dorado Wins Shot at AAA Cruiserweight Title

Saturday’s taped AAA Noche de Los Grandes 2026 Week 2 show featured Lince Dorado defeating Mini Vikingo, Octagón Jr., Joaquin Wilde, and Cruz Del Toro in a #1 Contender Five-way match for the AAA Cruiserweight Championship.

As a result of his victory, Dorado will be facing off against Rey Fenix for the AAA Cruiserweight Championship at a future show.

AAA Mega Title Match Announced for AAA Triplemania 34 Night 2 Show

Saturday’s taped AAA Noche de Los Grandes 2026 Week 2 show also featured AAA General Manager Rey Mysterio making several announcements.

The first announcement was AAA Mega Champion Dominik Mysterio will be making an appearance at the June 20th AAA TV show at the Foro GNP Seguro in Merida, Mexico.

The second announcement was one new match being officially announced for the card of Triplemania 34 Night 2, which takes place on September 13th at the Arena CDMX in Mexico City, Mexico.

This new match announced was an AAA Mega Championship of mystery opponent vs. Dominik Mysterio (c).
