As noted before, Mattel Creations recently announced they will be releasing a new WWE Elite 3-Pack action figure set that will include the first-ever WWE branded Cyndi Lauper action figure in tribute to the 1980s Rock ‘n’ Wrestling era in WWE history.
WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that WWE’s relationship with two-time Grammy and one-time Slammy award winner Lauper has been “strengthened” in recent times. It was reported that those spoken to stated that the chances of Lauper being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame are “higher than ever.”
It was reported that a Hall of Fame induction for Lauper is currently unlikely to happen in 2027 and the working relationship between her and WWE is currently limited to licensing. It was also reported that more between the two sides could be planned in the future.
