Enzo Amore (Real1/nZo) Comments on Potential Reunion with Big Cass
As noted before, WWE has been interested in potentially bringing back Enzo Amore, also known as Real1 and nZo in the indies, and Big Cass, also known as Big Bill in AEW, to the company and reuniting the two as a team. Indies promoters have been under the assumption Amore will be returning to WWE due to him no longer taking bookings in the future that he regularly would be taking.
Emilio Sparks held a recent interview with Amore. One of the topics discussed included Amore’s thoughts about the potential of him reuniting with Big Cass in Fourth Rope Wrestling in the future.
“Not the booker.”
Amore also gave his thoughts about his friendship with Big Cass since their days in WWE’s NXT brand and how they have constantly supporting each other’s wrestling careers.
“Big Cass saved my life a million times. Cause when you’re green and you don’t even know what the word mark is, you don’t know what the word green means and you don’t know what the word kayfabe is and you don’t understand any of the language. You never heard of the dirt sheets. You never watched the indies in your life. If you’re me and you break into WWE, you think that you just do it through tough enough. I had no idea how the f*ck you become a wrestler.
He’s my best buddy. I mean, we played three fantasy football leagues.
He was my homie. And I didn’t have any friends when I got signed to WWE. Nobody wanted to talk to me. People don’t f*cking understand, man. Like, yo, f*ck you, right? I had heat when I walked through the door. Why? Because I could cut a f*cking promo better than everyone. Day one.”
