As noted before, Willow Nightingale has been out of action for AEW since this past May due to a shoulder injury. Nightingale was pulled from this year’s Women’s Owen Hart Foundation Cup tournament and also vacated her TBS Championship due to her injury situation.
Saturday’s taped AEW Collision show on TNT featured a video airing showing Nightingale training with weights and working out in the ring for her recovery from her injury and future return to the ring.
Nightingale stated that now the “comeback killer” has to make a comeback of her own. Nightingale continued talking about how at one point she became okay with letting her dream of being the best die but she knows what she is made of and perhaps she just got comfortable.
From being the “Comeback Killer” to making a comeback, @WillowWrestles begins her journey back to the squared circle.
