Jody Threat Reportedly Granted Release From TNA

PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources stated that Jody Threat had finished her run with TNA Wrestling at this past week’s TNA Impact! tapings in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Johnson reported that Threat had requested a release and TNA granted it. Those spoken to reportedly described Threat’s departure as being “amicable” between the two sides.

Prior to her departure, Threat had been with TNA since April of 2023 and had signed a new contract with the company this past January. Threat last wrestled for TNA at the live TNA Impact! show on July 30 in Philadelphia in a loss to Jada Stone in the Quarterfinal Round in the TNA Knockouts Television Championship tournament.
