Royce Keys Out Of Action “Indefinitely” After Jacob Fatu Attack at Aug. 3 WWE RAW Show

Monday’s WWE RAW show at the Scope Arena in Norfolk, Virginia featured WWE providing an update on Royce Keys’ health and injury status following Jacob Fatu’s attack after their Street Fight match at last week’s show.

During tonight’s show, RAW commentator Michael Cole provided an update stating that Keys had suffered a bruised larynx and a cervical strain and he is currently out of action “indefinitely” due to Fatu’s attack on him last week.

Penta Advances in WWE World Heavyweight Title #1 Contender Tournament

Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured the start of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship #1 Contender’s tournament and one First Round match.

This match was Penta defeating Laredo Kid.

As a result of his victory, Penta will be facing off against the winner of Psycho Clown/La Parka in the Semifinal Round of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship #1 Contender’s tournament.

Rey Mysterio Accepts WWE IC Title Match Offer From Chad Gable

Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured Chad Gable offering Rey Mysterio a shot at his WWE Intercontinental Championship and Mysterio accepting it at a future show.

This new match was setup following a backstage promo segment involving RAW GM Adam Pearce, Mysterio, Penta, and Gable.

Jey Uso To Deliver Solo Sikoa Back To Roman Reigns After Winning Special Stip Match

Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured Jey Uso defeating Solo Sikoa in a singles match that included a special stipulation.

This special stipulation was if Sikoa won, then he would be officially done with The Bloodline for good and they have to leave him alone “forever.”

If Uso won then Sikoa would have to “fall in line” and go back to The Bloodline once again after Uso hands him over to WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns and rejoining The Bloodline when Reigns makes his return at next week’s show.
