As noted before, former TNA and current CMLL talent Tessa Blanchard recently claimed that she had signed a contract with Major League Wrestling. Blanchard is currently scheduled to be making her official debut appearance for MLW at this year’s Fightland event on September 12 in Charleston, South Carolina. CMLL recently clarified that Blanchard’s status with MLW is limited exclusively to her upcoming scheduled appearance and there is no actual signed contract between her and MLW.
PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that MLW recently scrubbed all mentions of Blanchard from their official website including the article touting her scheduled debut appearance for the company.
Johnson reported that MLW also recently removed Blanchard’s profile from the roster page on their official website as well.
Johnson also reported that he has reached out to MLW for clarification on Blanchard’s status for her appearances for their upcoming Fightland 2026 event and MLW Fusions tapings. Johnson also reported that all signs are indicating that won’t be happening for Blanchard.
