As noted before, AEW’s upcoming All Out 2026 on September 26 in Hoffman Estates, Illinois currently features Tommaso Ciampa facing off against Kazuchika Okada for Okada’s AEW International Championship.
Ciampa reflected on Thursday on Instagram about his upcoming match against Okada at All Out 2026 and the importance of the event being in the Chicago area for his wrestling career.
“Chicago is where the Psycho Killer was born. Ironically, it’s also where the Blackheart was born. Matter of fact, over the past 21 years, the city of Chicago has created more career defining moments for me than any other place in the world… AAW, Ladder Matches, Street Fights, War Games… the list goes on and on.
Ciampa vs Okada: I would say it’s nothing but respect, but truth is… it’s so much more. I’ve said since coming to AEW that I want to collect titles and become a main event player. I can’t think of a single guy in this business who defines “collecting titles and being a main event player” more than Kazuchika Okada.
But this match is not about proving something. It’s about making a statement.
I’ve arrived. I belong.
September 26th (on my daughter’s birthday), it’s the Psycho Killer vs The Rainmaker for the AEW International Title.
Chicago… it’s time I go All Out… let’s create one more moment. 🖤 💀 “
