Kurt Angle’s Court Case Resolved – Details

An attorney for Kurt Angle pleaded ‘No Contest’ today on Kurt’s behalf in Warren County, Virginia on a charge of reckless driving. This is for the charge against Angle for driving erratically on September 3rd after an appearance at Shenandoah County Fair. Angle was originally charged with a DUI based on a field test that recorded a 0.091 blood alcohol level, but that charge was dropped to reckless driving after a later test blew a 0.06.

Angle was fined $1,500.
