— As noted earlier, Matt Hardy is still being held in the Moore County, North Carolina Detention Center under a $1,000,000 secured bond. Hardy has a new court date on November 28th for the misdemeanor violation of a court order. By all accounts, Hardy is expected to do at least some jail time beyond what he’s doing now. Unless Hardy can post bond, he will sit in jail until his court date on the 28th.
