He was found not guilty on one charge after the jury spent nine hours deliberating. He faces over 100 years in prison when he is sentenced.
He has been accused of sleeping with four different women in Deerfield Township, Ohio and 12 in Hamilton County, Ohio. Prosecutors say he knew he was HIV positive since 2009 but chose not to tell them. He discovered the status after blood testing for a WWE developmental deal as a referee. WWE rescinded the offer after informing him of his status.
