— WWE has announced a match between Intercontinental champion Cody Rhodes vs. Booker T for the Intercontinental Title on next week’s SmackDown, which would be the first of 2012.

This follows Rhodes retaining the title at the TLC pay per-view and Booker winning a non-title match on Monday’s RAW.

— WWE has also announed that World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan will face Big Show for the World Title on next week’s SmackDown.

This is the “re-match” from their seven-second title match at TLC.
