The son of the WWE Hall of Famer faces felony charges due to heroin being found inside his car. He was also charged with driving while impaired, driving with a revoked license and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released after posting $15,000 in bail.
The second generation wrestler is quite familiar with the Mecklenburg County Sheriff as he has been arrested by his police department on two other occasions within the past two years.
His first run-in with police occurred on June 23, 2007 when he was arrested for assault and battery. He was later released after posting $3,500 bail.
On March 4, 2009, Fliehr was arrested for driving while impaired in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. He was later released after posting $1,000 in bail.
His older sister, Ashley Fliehr, has also seen hard time as she was arrested and charged with assault on a law enforcement officer in Chapel Hill this past September.
Likewise, their father, the one and only Ric Flair, has also spent time behind bars.
In December 2005, he was charged with injury to personal property and simple assault and battery after a road rage incident in Charlotte, North Carolina. A motorist claimed Flair grabbed him by his neck and kicked the door of his sport utility vehicle. This incident was ridiculed on WWE programming, most notably by Edge. Charges were dropped after the witnesses failed to show up for a scheduled court appearance.
