Kurt Angle Gives Update On Sorrensen + Russo’s Firing

— As noted earlier, Dixie Carter issued a statement today formally announcing that former head writer Vince Russo had left the company. Russo had been reported as gone over the weekend and he wasn’t present at TNA Against All Odds, though this is the first time it was announced publicly or to TNA talent. Russo worked for the company from 2002 – 2004 and began this last run in 2006.
