More On The Rock’s New $3.5 Million Mansion

As previously reported, The Rock has purchased a new $3.45 million mansion in Florida. The property was bought through one of Johnson’s corporations, and Hollywood business manager Howard Altman is listed as the buyer. Altman is the Chairman & CFO of 7 Bucks Entertainment, Inc., which is a corporation that includes Johnson as President, along with his ex-wife Dany Garcia listed as Vice President. Back in 2011, The Hollywood Reporter noted the following on Altman…

“When Altman’s name shows up on the deed of a high-priced property on the market in Los Angeles, and he is representing the buyer, local bloggers start speculating which big celebrity might be moving into the neighborhood. Since launching his firm in 1989, the name of the intensely private and selective business manager has shown up on the deeds of many A-listers including Naomi Watts, Jennifer Garner, Ethan Hawke and Cher.”
