— We noted last week that WWE had hired a three-time All American volleyball player and volleyball executive Canyon Ceman. He will become the new Senior Director of Talent Relations. Ty Bailey, who was released last month, previously had this role.
This is said to be Triple H’s first big hire for developmental. Several people in FCW have questioned if Ceman will be able to scout talents. Other WWE officials are high on him though due to his sports management knowledge.
— As noted earlier, WWE held a Twitter meeting backstage at RAW on Monday. According to a source, Vince McMahon came across at the meeting as being obsessed with being able to call WrestleMania the social media event of the year. WWE management told talents to use hashtags more.
