Norwichbulletin.com reports that Linda McMahon is scheduled to participate in the first Connecticut Republican Senate debate in Norwich, Connecticut tonight.
McMahon, top opponent Chris Shays and three other opponents will appear for the 90-minute debate. The moderator from the Norwich Bulletin noted that they are aiming for a more conversational discussion, rather than having candidates standing behind a podium.
The debate is the first of a handful scheduled before the May 18 Republican Party convention to choose which candidate advances to the General Election in November.
