— Puroseau Spirit posted an update on their Facebook page that shows Mikey Whipwreck is scheduled for a show in Japan. He will team with Tajiri to take on Gedo and Jado in Wrestling New Classic’s “Raising an Army” show on May 24 in Tokyo. Fit Finlay is also scheduled for the show.
— According to Trendrr.tv, Friday’s edition of WWE SmackDown scored 52,245 social media activity. This is up 4.8 percent from last week, but down 5.9 percent from the yearly average. SmackDown ranked #4 on cable TV Friday night, trailing both the NFL Draft and Nickelodeon kids programming.

— According to WWEDVDNews.com, WWE is planning a DVD release on Daniel Bryan. This will be part of the new “Superstars Collection” home video series, which is planned to launch in the summer. John Cena, Sheamus and Zack Ryder released had already been confirmed for the series. These DVD released will be single disc releases, with five matches and bonus material.
