Scott Hall has been sued by his financier, who claims Hall defaulted on a mortgage and owes him $75,000 as a result. The lawsuit was filed in Florida, alleging that Hall borrowed $75,000 in June 2001 to buy a home in Seminole County. Hall allegedly missed the final balloon payment and is refusing to pay up.
The suit claims that Hall isn’t living in the home at the moment, leaving it vacant. The lender wants to foreclose on the home and sell it, forcing Hall to pay the difference if any. Hall’s rep had no comment.
