The 2012 WWE Survivor Series event was scheduled to take place on November 18th in Pittsburgh, PA at the Consol Energy Center Arena. Unfortunately for WWE, the NFL schedule came out a few weeks ago and it was revealed that the Pittsburgh Steelers would be playing on the night of Sunday, November 18th in Pittsburgh against the Baltimore Ravens for NBC Sunday Night Football game.
Word is that WWE has decided not to compete against the Steelers in Pittsburgh and looked to tape SmackDown two days later on November 20th at Consol, but the arena already signed to have Justin Bieber in concert at the arena that night.
WWE has not made an official announcement at this time, and there is a chance that Pittsburgh could still host the show, but they would have to move the PPV to the following week.
