— An article on Playstation Lifestyle features a statement from THQ, who have denied rumors that it is working on their final WWE game. The licensing agreement is intact through 2017. The company said in a statement: “We are extremely pleased with our relationship with WWE, and have an exclusive license for the brand through 2017. Our recent video game cover reveal for WWE ’13 on Monday Night Raw airing May 28, as well as WWE Superstar Sheamus’s recent appearance at E3 showcase examples of how well we are working collaboratively with WWE.”

— In an interview with The Chronicle Journal, Frank Mir said he wouldn’t be opposed to going into wrestling. This led to some speculation that he could go to WWE to face Brock Lesnar. The two have split two fights in the UFC. UFC President Dana White would not likely agree to this as long as Mir is under contract to the UFC.
— Jim Ross tweeted the following today: Enjoyed working w/ @RealKingRegal & Byron Saxton on NXT. I appeared on each show and helped w/ the main events. Back in Orlando July 12.
