— An LLC based out of New York named “Mocker” registered to trademark “ECW” for wrestling use in March. WWE apparently let the trademark slip and the registration was assigned to an examiner earlier this week.

— WWE registered to trademark WWE Spotlight as a name for an upcoming television show. Spotlight was the title of one of the company’s syndicated series in the 1980s.

— Goldust (Dustin Runnels) will be returning to the ring tonight in Hollywood, Florida for the NWA Ring Warriors promotion. He is scheduled to face Vordell Walker.
