— There is a hearing set for November 16th in the ongoing lawsuit between WWE and Martha Hart. The hearing will be in Bridgeport, Connecticut and will deal with the company’s motion to dismiss the remaining charges in the suit against the promotion, Vince McMahon and Linda McMahon.

— Zack Ryder posted the following last night, teasing a potential WWE departure by mentioning New York Wrestling Connection, an indy group that and Curt Hawkins and he competed in previously: Maybe I’ll be in a #MITB match next year…or back at @NYWCWRESTLING
