— Jack Danielson, who worked as Blackjack Daniels in the AWA and other territories has passed away. The Pioneer Press reports that Danielson died of dementia on Thursday at the age of 83.
Danielson also worked as Jack “The Ripper” Daniels and appeared in promotions in the Southeast and Midwest as well as the AWA. He was trained by Stan “Krusher” Kowalski and Tiny mills and worked a number of territories in the ’60s and ’70s. He won the Southern Tag Team Titles in 1967 with Kowalski, beating Johnny Weaver and Jim Becker.
