Rob Conway Turns Down WWE Deal?, Vince Pissed Off, More

» WWE officials offered Rob Conway a contract to return to the company to help mentor some of the younger wrestlers and add some depth to the roster, but turned it down. While Conway still wrestles on the indy scene, he has another job now and did not want to give it up.

» As noted earlier this week here on the website, Vince McMahon was described as not being very happy backstage with how the opening match at WWE Night of Champions went featuring Chris Jericho and Big Show against Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase. According to sources, McMahon had a “throwing down his headset” moment and was not pleased with what he was seeing in the ring.
