— At a live event in Hartford, CT this past weekend, Michael McGillicutty won a quick squash match against David Otunga. He then cut a promo after the match and played as a face.
— Ryback faced CM Punk at the same event and Paul Heyman tried to interfere at the end. Ryback tried to hit the Shell Shock on Heyman but couldn’t get him up. Instead he gave him a big slam. The crowd was behind Ryback the entire time.

The semi-final matches set for November 2nd, and feature Shelley & Kushida vs. Taka Michinoku & Taichi and Romero & Kozlov vs. Prince Devitt & Ryusuku Taguchi.
