ROH Final Battle Main Event Revealed + McGuinness’ Future

— At tonight’s ROH TV Tapings in Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania, former Ring of Honor World Champion and current color commentator Nigel McGuinness was named the new on-air authority figure, replacing Jim Cornette. No word on if Nigel will remain a color commentator alongside Kevin Kelly.

— At tonight’s ROH TV Tapings in Belle Vernon, Pennsylvavia, it was announced that at Final Battle 2012 on December 16th at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City, Ring of Honor World Champion Kevin Steen will defend the title against his long-time rival El Generico in Ladder War IV.
