Serena Deeb Discusses Returning To The Ring

Serena Deeb recently spoke about making her return to SHIMMER during WrestleCon weekend. Here is what she had to say…

“I’ve been going back and forth for so long. There were thoughts of coming back in the fall for the SHIMMER tapings then but I wasn’t fully behind myself with that decision. Two weekends ago I went up and visited some really good friends who run the Pro Wrestling Syndicate show in New Jersey… I went up there, I practiced with them… it was just a direct in-your-face reminder that this is still my love and despite the distance that hasn’t faded. It’s still my passion.

Everybody knows that I have a soft spot for SHIMMER – second to [Ohio Valley Wrestling], it’s my home and it’s been where I’ve always gone back to. I’ve always been welcomed back there very warmly and I so enjoy SHIMMER. I love it. My heart’s there.”
