Shane “Hurricane” Helms has revealed that he has cancelled his weekend appearances for Big Time Wrestling due to a death in his family. Helms said in a statement, “Due to a death in the family, I’m gonna have to cancel my appearances in CT, MA, and ME this weekend with Big Time Wrestling. I was really looking forward to this tour and wouldn’t cancel unless absolutely necessary. I’m sorry. Thanks for understanding.”
Helms was set for the promotion’s shows throughout the weekend. Ric Flair, Kevin Nash, Carlito, Rikishi, and Buff Bagwell are all set for the shows.
On behalf of everyone here on the website, we send our condolences and best wishes to Helms and his family. Shane has always been a great guy to us. Please keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
