— The Honky Tonk Man will not be in the New York City area for this weekend’s wrestling events. He will instead be near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on Saturday and Sunday at the Steel City Comic Con. The event takes place at the Monroeville Convention Center in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. Christy Hemme will also appear.
— WWE is holding a Superstars for Sandy Relief event co-hosted by Vince McMahon, Sean “Diddy” Combs, and special guest Mayor Michael Bloomberg at Cipriani Wall Street. At the event, there will be a special live auction led by sports broadcaster Joe Buck, with all proceeds go to the Mayor’s Fund, Advance New York City, and the Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund.
