As previously reported, CM Punk is likely going to take some time off from WWE after WrestleMania 29. Reports have ranged from Punk being injured, to being frustrated with WWE creative, or being burnt out from a rigorous schedule throughout 2012 and 2013.
The creative team currently doesn’t have anyone in mind to put Punk against after WrestleMania, so the decision was made to give him time off so he can rest up.
Presently, Punk is still being advertised for the WWE tour in the UK after WrestleMania. However, those advertisements are likely outdated at this point.
