Backstage Update – Daniel Bryan vs. John Cena Plans

As of this past weekend, the feud between Daniel Bryan and John Cena heading into SummerSlam was still a go. The two are expected to face-off and it is believed that Nikki and Brie Bella, who are each dating one of the two, will be involved and the feud will drive the promotion’s new Total Divas show for the first month in order to entice viewers in.

The current plan is to have Cena cut a promo on RAW tonight where he asks the WWE Universe to decide on his next opponent, with Bryan winning a poll.
