Linda McMahon Update – Still Involved In Politics?, More

The Huffington Post has a video interview with Linda McMahon, who talks about her two failed Senate campaigns.

Speaking of Linda McMahon, The Hartford Courant has a story on Linda McMahon who is still involved in Connecticut politics as a benefactor for the Republican party.

Republican State Chairman Jerry Labriola said: “She’s had every reason, after the outcome of her two races, to disappear, but she’s done just the opposite. She’s been active and helpful and I know she’s dedicated to our party making a strong comeback in Connecticut. She wants to work behind the scenes to make Connecticut a better place.”

McMahon did not provide an interview, but issued the following statement: “I am continuing to work with Republican Party officials in Connecticut, helping the state’s GOP candidates with fundraising and outreach in an effort to get more diverse representation. One-party rule is clearly not working for our state.”

There are also quotes from other Republican party leaders about her role behind the scenes. Rob Simmons, who lost the 2010 nomination to her, had positive things to say as well.
