— Veda Scott of ROH and Candice LaRae of PWG worked a tryout match today for TNA officials. The match took place in San Diego at the Bound for Glory venue before fans were let into the arena.

— Gil Corsey, TNA’s new announcer, is an anchor for the FOX affiliate in Louisville, Kentucky and has worked in Texas, North Carolina and West Virginia as well. Corsey is from Seattle, Washington and graduated from the Edward R. Murrow School of Communication at WSU.
