He wrote: “All, my actions against @CodyRhodesWWE at MITB were not nominated for the double cross because it was business. Thank you WWE! #Slammy”
— Former ROH stars Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards are said to be working on something like an internship in WWE NXT, which will run through March 2014. The two have been model employees so far.
One of the reasons WWE had The Ascension destroy the two (as the American Pitbulls) in their debut NXT match was to see how they would react to the booking. Everything turned out fine after the match.
