UPDATE: Tito Ortiz had a blood alcohol level of .12. The legal limit in California is .08. Ortiz was booked at a Los Angeles Police Department substation, posted $15,000 bond and was released this morning.
ORIGINAL: Former UFC Champion and TNA personality Tito Ortiz was arrested early Monday morning in Los Angeles, on suspicion of DUI.
A KTLA local news affiliate wrote that Ortiz “was taken into custody around 4:00 a.m. after his car crashed on the 405 Freeway near Sepulveda and Santa Monica boulevards, the CHP said.”
The article also noted, “Ortiz, 38, was driving a 2012 Porsche Panamera and had two passengers in the car, according to the CHP. The vehicle was moderately damaged and no one was injured, the CHP said.”
